Franz Naked Active Spot Patch is an intensive care patch made with hydrocolloid material that absorbs exudate while protecting the affected area from external irritants. When the patch turns white and swells, it's a sign that absorption is complete—time to swap it out for a fresh one.

Centella-derived soothing ingredients plus UV protection

Formulated with centella asiatica-derived ingredients including madecassic acid, asiatic acid, and asiaticoside, plus tea tree leaf oil, it helps calm sensitized skin after extraction. The UV-blocking film shields against 99.9% of UV-B and 97.1% of UV-A rays, so you can wear it confidently throughout the day.

Beveling technology for seamless adherence without lifting

Thanks to beveling technology that tapers the edges to just 0.1–0.3 mm, the patch adheres smoothly to skin without lifting at the corners. Each pack includes 72 patches in a 12 mm size—plenty for regular use. Skin irritation tested and gentle enough for sensitized breakout-prone areas. Active Spot Patch is an intensive care product designed to be used immediately after extracting a blemish. For maximum adherence, apply it to completely dry skin right after cleansing. If you apply toner or essence first, the patch won't stick properly—so always apply it before your skincare routine.

Anytime you need it, day or night

After extraction, it's important to apply the patch right away, regardless of the time of day. It protects the open area from external irritants and absorbs exudate, so we recommend applying it as soon as you notice the need. During the day, the UPF 50+ sun protection shields the extraction site from UV exposure.

Press firmly onto dry skin

Remove the patch from the sheet, place it precisely over the extraction site, and press down firmly with your finger, sealing all the edges. Thanks to the 0.1–0.3 mm beveled edge technology, the patch lies flat without lifting. Any moisture or oil on the skin will reduce adhesion, so make sure your skin is completely dry before applying.

Pairing patches by blemish stage

For best results, reapply 1–2 times a day until the area has stabilized.

When to replace and precautions

Replace the patch when it turns white and swells, or when you can see absorbed fluid.
