Intensive nourishment for hair after shampooing
The Treatment Bar is an intensive care product designed to be used right after cleansing your scalp and hair with shampoo. In a typical hair care routine, it fits in after shampooing and before rinsing or conditioning. For an even softer finish, follow up with a rinse bar after using the Treatment Bar.
Daily or 2-3 times a week, depending on your hair condition
You can use it daily, but if your hair isn't severely damaged, 2-3 times a week is usually enough. When your hair is particularly stressed, such as right after a perm or color treatment, use it daily for intensive care. It doesn't matter whether you shampoo in the morning or evening, just use it whenever you wash your hair.
Apply directly to hair and let it absorb for 3 minutes
After shampooing, gently squeeze out excess water from your hair and rub the bar directly onto it. It's normal for the bar to melt and transfer onto your hair without lathering. Apply evenly from mid-lengths to ends, wait 3 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. The key is to focus on the hair itself rather than the scalp.
How to use based on your hair concerns
- Fine, limp hair: Apply lightly, focusing on mid-lengths to ends rather than near the roots
- Split, brittle damaged hair: Apply generously to the ends and use consistently at least 3 times a week
- Dry, dull hair: Wait longer than 3 minutes after application to give nutrients more time to absorb
Storage and usage notes
The bar is sensitive to moisture, so make sure to dry it in a spot where water won't reach after each use. Placing it on a soap dish helps prevent it from becoming soft or mushy. If you have sensitive skin, test it on your hand or foot before use. For pregnant women, use is recommended after the second trimester (6 months or later), and for children, from age 3 and up. Please note that the bar contains sandalwood and rose fragrance, which may be a consideration if you're sensitive to scent.
