If your hair is in relatively good condition, 2–3 times a week is sufficient. If your hair is severely damaged from frequent coloring, perming, or heat styling, you can use it daily. There's no specific time of day required—just use it whenever you shampoo, morning or evening.

Massage into damaged areas, focusing on mid-lengths to ends

Dispense an appropriate amount into your hands and apply evenly from the mid-lengths to the ends of your hair, focusing on the most damaged areas. Gently massage it in with your fingertips to help the LPP low-molecular-weight proteins (corn, wheat, and soy proteins) and 17 amino acids penetrate into the cuticle layer. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.

Caution for sensitive scalps and bleached hair

If you have a sensitive or oily scalp, apply only to the hair, avoiding the scalp. For light-colored or bleached hair, the highly concentrated formula may cause color transfer, so keep it on for no more than 1–3 minutes before rinsing. If you experience redness, itching, or any irritation on your scalp during use, discontinue immediately and consult a dermatologist.
