Join Piyonna Membership
You start at SEED. Your first order moves you to SPROUT, and it grows from there.
Agreements * required
1. Joining
Piyonna Membership is free and open to any registered Piyonna account holder. One membership per account.
2. Tiers
There are four tiers: SEED on joining, SPROUT on your first order, BLOOM at 100 € and FULL BLOOM at 300 €. Thresholds are measured on your net payments in EUR over the last rolling 12 months. Shipping fees, discount code amounts, cancelled orders and refunded amounts are not counted.
3. Tier updates
Your tier is calculated when you join and once a day after that. When you pass a threshold, your new tier applies from the following day.
4. Benefits
Member benefits are set by Piyonna and may be added, changed or withdrawn. Benefits marked as coming soon are not available yet. Benefits have no cash value and cannot be sold or transferred.
5. Leaving and rejoining
You can leave at any time from this page. Your tier and member benefits stop immediately. You may rejoin later; your tier is recalculated from your order history at that time.
6. Misuse
Piyonna may suspend a membership where an account is used to obtain benefits improperly, including repeated leaving and rejoining to claim the same benefit more than once.

To work out your tier, to show it to you, and to keep a record of your consent.
How long
Until you leave the membership or delete your account.
If you say no
You can keep shopping as usual, but you cannot join the membership, because your tier cannot be calculated.

How often
A few times a month. No more than twice a week.
If you leave this off
You keep your membership and your tier, and you can still shop as usual. But member-only codes and the birthday code are sent by email only, so you will not receive them. You can turn emails on later at any time.
Stopping it
Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can turn this off in your account.
